The Broken Egg Bistro is always looking for friendly, hardworking, people who share our commitment of taking great care of our guests and delivering to them a premium quality product. We occasionally have career opportunities available for full and part time employment in a range of positions including servers, cooks, dishwashers, and hostesses.

People who work best with us are those who have some of the following valuable skills: A morning person. We open early every day and our staff needs to be ready to go with smiles in place at 6:00.

Customer friendly. We acknowledge that our customers are the reason we're in business and we go out of our way to meet their needs whenever possible.

Professional performance. We strive to give customers a great value and part of providing that value is having staff members that are committed to their jobs and who represent themselves and us well.

Hard working. Food service is hard work, but it can be extremely rewarding and fun too. We can teach the skills to make you successful in the restaurant industry if you commit to show up prepared and ready for all shifts and resign to never stop trying to improve your skills.
